Favorite Cards

My favorite cards are Baseball cards through 1977. Pictured here are mostly newer, non sport or special meaning cards. Here are some of my favorite cards that I have. These cards have some special meaning to me. They include a wide variety of Baseball cards and non sports cards from different companys. I grew up with Topps and am still partial to Topps products. I have also found some of the earlier cards to be qiute interesting. These were the cards and companies that started or continued the baseball trading cards. I have also included some of my favorite newer cards. These cards offer something that I did not have growing up. They may have a piece of uniform, bat, jersey, jacket, base, shoe, hat, seat, wall or other item in the card or an autograph on the card. These cards bring the game, person or event to us and to life. We get a piece of memorabilia from the event that was used in something that we love. Collecting trading cards is a true passion and a great joy for me. Some of these cards I may not own any more. There are times when I have to let a card go for whatever reason. The ability to have owned any paticular card at some point is a good feeling and is memorable for me.
